At Lakeshore Metal Decor, every order is carefully produced and shipped according to the following shipping terms.


PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

All products are made to order. Our current production lead time is listed on each product page and is updated daily to reflect accurate timelines.

  • Lead time refers to production time before shipment, not delivery time.
  • Production time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • We reserve the right to adjust production timelines when necessary.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship orders using trusted carriers:

Domestic Shipping

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS First Class Mail
  • UPS Ground

Shipping carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the most efficient delivery.


SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery speed is controlled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to:

  • Weather
  • Mechanical issues
  • Routing errors
  • Labor disruptions
  • High shipping volume periods

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally, including Canada and other countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or taxes
  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in your order total.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Reshipping fees may apply
  • Address changes cannot always be made after an order is placed

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing after delivery:

  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Verify the delivery address

We may assist you in filing a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for delivered packages.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Photo of shipping label

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier.


REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Original shipping cost deduction
  • Reshipping fees
